• Accepted ID includes: Passport, Garda Age Card, Driving Licence, Driving Permit, Public Services Card, or Passport Card.
• The name on your ID must match the name on your birthday email.
• The birthday drink must be collected in person by the recipient.
• It cannot be claimed by anyone else on your behalf.
• The drink must be redeemed within seven (7) days of your date of birth.
• Claims made outside this period will not be accepted.
• A valid birthday email from M. Fitzgerald’s must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Screenshots, edited emails, or manipulated images will not be accepted.
• Only one birthday drink may be claimed per customer per calendar year.
• The drink is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative.
• Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service if you are deemed intoxicated, disruptive, or unfit to be served.
• Entry and service remain subject to venue policy.
• If not claimed within the eligible period, the drink is forfeited without substitute or compensation.
• This promotion encourages the responsible consumption of alcohol.
• Drink options are determined by staff at the time of redemption.
• Some premium or speciality drinks may not be included in the offer.
• Any misuse of the promotion, including use of fake ID, fraudulent claims, or multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.
