TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by email to info@mfitzgeraldsbar.ie.

  • For bookings of fewer than 10 guests, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance.
  • For bookings of 10 guests or more, cancellations must be received at least 7 days in advance.
  • Any changes to group size must also be submitted by email within the same notice period.
  • For no-shows or late cancellations, a charge of €10–€20 per person may apply, depending on the size and nature of the booking.
  • To cancel or amend a booking, please include the name, date, and details of the booking in your email.
  • Amendments or cancellations are only deemed confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by our team.

General Terms

  • Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the booked time. After this period, tables may be released unless prior notice of delay has been provided.
  • An allocated or exclusive area cannot be guaranteed.
  • While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements or special requests, we recommend notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • From 9:00pm onwards, the venue operates as an over 21s venue. This policy applies to all bookings and guests without exception. Valid photo identification may be required. This policy may be implemented at various times in line with business needs.
